*All room rates include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00 pm (if the guests are here).
*All room rates include full breakfast in our sweet shoppe from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
*Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Hotel, however is allowed on the outdoor
  patio and porch.
*Check in is between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm - Please let us know when making your
  reservation if you will require an alternate check in time. Please, no check ins after 9:00 pm. Any check ins after 9:00 pm will be charged a $50.00 late check in fee in addition to the regular room rate.
*Check out is by 12:00 noon
*Reservations must be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date to avoid being charged
